Sweep Star V72 PTO Sweeper
The Smithco Sweep Star V72 PTO Sweeper is a towable, tractor-powered sweeping machine designed for large-scale turf maintenance. This high-capacity sweeper features a massive 72-inch hydraulic drive sweeper head that efficiently covers wide areas in fewer passes.
Housing a substantial 7 cubic yard debris hopper, the Sweep Star V72 can handle extensive cleanup jobs without frequent emptying. It requires a minimum 40hp tractor for power, utilizing a 540-RPM Tractor PTO input and dual constant velocity drive shaft from the tractor to the Big Vac.
The unit is equipped with a 5 V-Belt drive to the vacuum fan, ensuring powerful suction and thorough debris collection. Ideal for sweeping large lawns, fields, or golf courses, the Sweep Star V72 PTO Sweeper is a reliable and efficient addition to your turf management equipment.

Description
Self contained, towed, combination terrain following 72 in sweeper head and 7 yd³ hopper, vacuum loaded to remove debris such as grass clippings, leaves or aeration cores from turf surfaces. All debris compacted by high strength steel impeller prior to entering debris hopper. Light footprint turf tires.

Terrain following design supported by four adjustable 12-600x6 pneumatic caster wheels and full width steel roller. Rubber finger reel has 4 rows of 6 in long fingers, 24 fingers per row. Verticut reel has 72 hardened steel flail knives; OR #72-002 - Rubber finger sweeper head, 72 in wide, hydraulic drive. Terrain following design with pneumatic caster wheels as above.
